Students who have approved academic accommodations (classroom and/or testing accommodations) through DSS require a renewed Letter of Accommodation for each semester that they are enrolled. Prior to the start of each term, the Accommodate Portal will automatically generate a renewed Letter of Accommdations for the upcoming semester.
Fall 2025 Accommodation Letters will be sent out beginning August 11th.
Once a student’s semester letter is available, the student will receive an email informing them that their semester academic Letter of Accommodation is available for download via the Accommodate Portal.
Faculty will now be able to view Accommodation letters in the Accommodate Portal, but we require in-person communication between the student and faculty for confirmation and recognition of the approved accommodations at the beginning of the semester.
