Eisenhower Matrix - Time Management
- Also known as the "Urgent-Important Matrix"
- Helps you decide on and prioritize tasks by urgency and importance, sorting out less urgent and important tasks which you should either delegate or not do at all.

Pomodoro Method - Time Management
- A time management method in which you do focused work during 25-minute intervals — known as pomodoros — and take a five-minute break. After 4 rounds, take a 15-30 minute break.
- Allows you to break down big projects and prevent "burn out."
- Use a alarm on your phone/computer, an app, or a dedicated Pomodoro Timer.
